1:28 (Dow Jones) Morgan Stanley's outspoken chief global strategist, Barton
Biggs, is retiring from the firm later this year. The 70-year-old, who's been
with the firm for 30 years, will lead a new firm, Traxis Partners, which will
manage a hedge fund portfolio that Morgan Stanley plans to launch. No word yet
on whether he'll be replaced. (CWM)

Actually Biggs is starting a Hedge Fund as he can't take this pressure "well are you a bull or a bear."
he thinks the market has just become to volatile and he is going to go where he can hedge. This is what i picked on Bloomberg's via one person's view. Max
