Give it a rest. I don't want to generalize about republicans or democrats. I think there are people on all sides who are doing their best. I think the people who support quotas are well intentioned, and I think the people who do not are ALSO well intentioned. I think most people try very hard not to be racist, no matter where they come down on this issue. I think you are using this issue in a bigoted and extreme way. That's what I think. I think you are an extremist, and that you are not a person of goodwill.
