kb, the VIX is still well behaved - has hardly budged. An intraday bpNDX scan says 63% [down from 65%]. But bp is slow to react. Augieboo's SOX H&S is not completed. stockcharts.com
There's still hope it won't go lower.

I read everywhere about MSFT and IBM's 'disappointing' forward look. What did they expect? All companies have said that about 1H03.
