How can you destroy what you're not able to account for? What if the US wanted to destroy the weapons it lost track of--would it be able to do so? And how would the US recordkeeping be if it had to undergo two wars (Iran and the US) as well as civil skirmishes (both the Kurds and Shiites)?

Let's be clear here. Were those discovered weapons loaded with chemicals and testing proved recent activity relative to the handling of those rockets, you might find me closer to your position. But this is not the case. But we're not being told that this is the case.

I'm sorry to report that I think Americans are being propaganderized by the American media. Why? Because repeatedly there's a failure on the part of the American media to mention those rockets were sealed and unopened and had expired.

Instead the viewer is treated to a continuum of retired generals and a retinue supposed military expert analysts who're making statements like, "if it's proven the chemicals were recently in those rocket heads ... blah, blah and more blah." Others less generous have called it the "smoking gun."
Please show me where I'm wrong.
