Raised some cash today: Cumberland, Wheaton, Western Copper, and Chesapeake (what a juggernaut) Jims, Interesting recent addition to the trust lineup, on the oily side 'I hear', no real DD yet, just skimmed it, it's only been around a few months. Russet mentioned it over on REITS thread. Just did a PP @ 10.0 so maybe a buy opp coming up. Sweet dividend if they can maintain it !! PLUS look at their cashflow plan. Harvest's strategy is to retain up to 50% of its cash flow for capital reinvestment in the form of existing property enhancement and new property acquisitions while maintaining a high rate of cash distributions.
