Hi tuck, Funny that you mentioned a hybrid Ad-transposon. In the past I was involved with some hybrid Ad vectors, one was an Ad-retrotransposon...I talked to my friend a few months ago about it...he said, he tabled his work(cuz he thought it would be difficult to prove that the retrotransposon will not jump out @ a later date and re-insert in another location...I'm guessing that a hybrid Ad-transposon vector would have similar obstacles. At least with retoviruses you don't have the jumping out and reinsertion problem), and picked up my old project : ) BWDIK? Best of Luck, SS
