You're talking in code, just like Bush talks in code, as if all right-thinking Americans will line up behind him. He has not made the concrete case, revealed the smoking gun. There are only implications, suggestions, winks and nods that connect Saddam to Al Quaida, or that prove his arsenal exists, just as you imply, but don't dare state unequivocally that bombing Iraqi civilians is justifiable retaliation for 9/11.

This is important. Get it straight.
