I don't think I am smarter, but I think there are better ways to ACCURATELY reflect the true cost of stock options and Black Scholes is not it. There is considerable debate on this issue and some of the most prominent accountants in the field disagree with FAS 123 as well. BTW, I have a Master's in Accounting and am a CPA, so I know a little bit about this stuff too. :) However, I am probably not as smart as the other guys that debate this stuff. If I were, I'd probably be rich and wouldn't be posting on these threads. LOL.
