Ratdog hope you are right on XTRN as I bought a load for .12 last week. As you know, I am in TRIB also. Maybe my two positions can balance out and I won't lose my shirt.

XTRN - I bit the bullet and bought some this morning
as a hedge on my TRIB holdings - about 1/2 the amount
I have in TRIB.

I had to pay up - 0.21 - which might be the high for the
day - but I can always add down per the rat plan.

What you said made a lot of sense. If I'm going to stay
in TRIB, which I am, I need the XTRN hedge, even at todays
high price. It could provide at 10X from here, as you say,
depending on how things work out.

The combined position of TRIB / 40% XTRN is pretty hedged
for the lawsuit either way, from what you've said, and so
there is opportunity no matter what happens.
