What can we do to increase the number of white employees playing on NBA teams? If that is a real goal there are many ways to accomplish it. There is a basic assumption in most racial discrimination situations that there is plenty of qualified applicants and it is a subjective process that is causing the imbalances. In an example like the NBA teams it is mostly a case of exceptional people, and whenever you are looking at the boundary conditions you cannot expect averages to apply. TP
