I still have no idea what you are talking about re the North Dakotans. What's the point there? Something about a flood? Opponents of AA like to argue that it is reverse discrimination because blacks benefit from it and whites don't. Under that logic given money to North Dakotans for flood damage is reverse discrimination against New Yorkers, which is nonsense, of course.
