I think it is worthwhile to make a distinction between equal outcomes on individuals, versus aggregate outcomes for groups. Neither is a goal of mine. My ideal goal as regards to race is that no one give it any mind, or treat it like they wood red hair or blue eyes. Something that describes someone but does not define them and something that should not cause special treatment other then perhaps the in individual relationships where one person finds a certain hair or eye or skin color more attractive.
