Hey bert, just to throw in some ammo on your side.... stockcharts.com[w,a]wacayyay[pb50!b200][vc60][iUb14!La12,26,9]&pref=G The weekly xau shows a large triangle forming just like the one in April-Dec '01. You see the result! This one is much larger going from 55 to 90 on the base. if it holds then a pullback to the upper trend line could take xau to 65-70 in the next month. Other interesting points of note are the three tests of the 200 day MA as well as the cross over into positive of the 50 day over the 200.
