Oh yeah, I remember you telling that story with the baby humpback. You were really lucky on that one because humpbacks seldom allow close looks or approach boats. Young whales do tend to investigate their surroundings but often the mother arrives to nudge her away.

Dolphins have a myriad of amazing sounds they produce. They can also focus these sounds with pinpoint accuracy and with levels that will explode cells within there preys brains...so ya better think nice thoughts when you are swimming with them. In the wild, do not try to chase or touch them-- or blow bubbles, or flail your arms alot...they may misconstrue your intention mis toes! If they like you they will let you know.
