You have accurately portrayed the history of Iraq-Kuwait. In the 1920's there was a movement in Kuwait to become a provence of Iraq. However, modern Kuwait is an independent state, and as an independent state is entitled to secure borders. The rest of the facts I presented was well-known history. My question is that if Saddam had more WMD, would he use them? His history does not indicate any sense of restraint. In fact his history is one of murder and destruction. Unfortunately, there are always innocents who suffer because of the crimes of dictators.
