Now Solon, you're going to force me to do some more work to prove those sources wrong? I already debunked the myth put forth by your same source that "most states" with the death penalty don't have life without parole as an option. I showed that only five of the 38 don't have life without parole. And only two of those five actually execute murderers. So that was an out and out lie, from the source you now want me to believe the veracity of the homicide rate analysis?
