Here's a question for anyone wishing to answer. What's your normal day look like--whatta you do? What's your normal week look like--whatta you do? What's your normal year look like--whatta you do?

Most folks work eight hours a day, 40 hours a week, 160 hours a month and 2,000 or so hours a year.

OK, so when you're not working, whatta you do? Are you part of community organizations like the church, special olympics, library associations or members of clubs like Masons, Elks, Lions, Oddfellows, etc.? Do you frequently visit family and friends? Or go to movies, concerts or go dancing, this after dining? Indeed, more than a few of us will visit a pub, or few and most of us especially like open-air cafes. Do you like the beach or the lakefronts? Do you play sports or go fishing? Do you gamble at the casinos or play bingo? Do you like to get together and just have fun?

Or do you just sit there and watch tv? Hmmmm!

Whatever you do, I submit that most folks in other countries pretty much do the same thing, that their walk in the park is much like your own walk in the park, and they cherish their friends and famlies every bit as much as you do your own.

Of course, in America or anywhere, if you've got more money you can do more things. Thus, the question: How many among us have enough money to be able to do whatever we wish to do? How many of us are bogged down what with work and things too busy around our home environs such that we rarely get out to do any of the things described above?

How many do their work duty only for a week off for Christmas holiday and then a week off for the company July 4th softball picnic? Is that what it's all about?

Just food for thought.
