So black athletes can get 40 points right out of the blocks. 60 if they are really good? I think GPA figures in there somewhere...but I heard today that only GPA figures higher than the color of the skin...

So then from your statement, are we too assume that all athletes are black at U of M, and that blacks are good only at athletics except in rare instances when then, they will make those extra pts. from scholarship. That's kind of like when you said all Asians are always good at math and science.[Tell that to Margaret Cho]. You must be right and all the Asians I know have to be aberrations who throw off the mean, huh? Did it piss you off that they got the grades in math and science, or did you beat the pants off of them? And then there is the question of the illegals in this country who need to have their butts jacked and kicked out. Were your folks or grand folks here illegally, or did they come through on the right side of the law? BTW, there are some illegal McMannis's in the Boston area but I'm sure they're no relation; otherwise, you would have called INS, right? And now let me think.......what were the reasons for AA in the first place? ted
