Hi Cuda, well I was pretty positively surprised to see ESAN finally doing the right thing and passing on this "merger" (=giveaway of the company). Comany is at 50% book value which itself is understated IMHO and also at a PE of around 2. Consequently I doubled my position. It's a "fringe" player for sure. But their Torrey pines subsidiary is at the leading edge in SAN over DWDM. Their other subsidiaries are into proven markets: Frame Relay and Gigabit Ethernet. One of the safer parts of the OTC/BB IMHO.. rgrds CROSSY
