Not to forget latin and SOuth America, Mexico moving to a multi-party system after the PRI, Venezuela with first native president, Chile, Peru, etc,etc... even Colombia if they just could grow something for a decent pay. Korean sunshine politics,etc... Ilmarinen Ouch, who did I forget... Yes, UK already have parliaments for Wales and Scotland, multi-party variations, and North ireland must be pretty well done before UK can step into the euro-EMU (this year) Hmm.... somebody left...still... Norwegians?? Oslo?? something like that???
