It is pro-socialist, and has issued Bulls that talk about the "selfishness" of Capitalism

The Church may have some pro-socialist tendencies in theory, but you'd be hard pressed to make the case that it has ever been pro-socialist in action, except perhaps for some of the proponents of Liberation Theology, which this pope is very much against.
