The first thing I will do as a small business owner that is Inc.ed is stop paying myself a wage and take monthly dividends if the Bush plan is passed as it is now which means both my corp and I will avoid taxes. Won't you pay tax on your corp's profit? I think they should propose lowering the corporation tax as a first stage to abolishing it rather than the complex system they are proposing, which is fairer but more complex than that used in other countries such as Australia to avoid the double taxation of profits. Most people aren't aware yet of how the "deemed dividend" system will work.
