I don't apologise for my position and I know how to make and defend my case. So does Ramsey Clark. Paul, that response is fine, it just misses the point. However, there are two kinds of things going on here. One is discussions about ANSWER, who it is and what it is up to. That, I take it, is what concerns you. The second is an attempt, however, to label the protest marchers of this past Saturday as dupes of ANSWER or whatever. I'm objecting to that for the obvious reasons that (a) the sponsors of the march are various and sundry and (b) because most marchers, no doubt, are aware of this tactic of trying to label them with some fringe label. And thus are not dupes. Just protestors.
