You can tell who they are really from if you can read the garbage at the end of the e-mail. Some systems let you do it, some don't. There should be a line that reads...

The e-mail listed in the above statement will tell you who the sender really was and will be different than the noted e-mail in the "from" line that you usually see in the header. The e-mail in the header is ghosted and a fake.
