I think the translation from lip to brief proves the senior WH staff who happen to be African American are more than just house slaves.

They are listened to and have very real power to influence policy.

duhhh, The UM use of race violates the Constitution.

Therefore the use of race violates the Constitution. The UM case provides an example of the un-constitutional use of Race.
