That is not how I see the professional interaction in the major tech companies. For the most part, they have put the past behind them.


1 - The groups not disbanding are the civil rights groups or other groups pushing ideas like AA.

2- The workers in the tech companies have a job. The most upset are those who don't get the job or position at a school because of AA. Someone with a decent job has less reason to be upset and even if they are they have less reason to draw attention to that fact and "rock the boat".
