Just was going to say the same thing myself~ ! geeze! But on topic, The History Channel tonight had a program about Saddam. I would hope that all here, no matter what their preconceived notions are, would try to see it... Couldn't see a link on the website, but do try to catch it. They gave a history of him since childhood, his rise to power via fear, and showed some of the lucky victims who have escaped....Also interviewed the CIA agent who was in Iraq in 1995 when the Kurds were going to try to capture him....Sent messages to the White House, but no reply back...Eventually our government sent a message of no support....but "you're on your own".... Our government eventually called him back...he ended up quitting the CIA...but did get a plaque.
