yeah but the thing is most Chinese from Berkeley do their darndest to stay here and work, I know that to be true. That needs to change for China to meet its potential. Thats the issue for all these emerging countries, India same deal. Its not enough to just provide opportunities for your people to work- what needs to change is the corruption/cronyism and caste system at the top, thats what attracts the bright minds from these countries to the US. Besides Yao Ming is here.
