The bottom trendline for the DJIA, touched twice in the last 70 years, indicates about 5300. Right now, the mid trendline, which is where the DJIA spends about 60% of its time over the intervening years, is about 9300. Typically, the Dow ranges between the bottom and the middle. Whenever it gets too far ahead, which it did in the early 70's, it will pull back dramatically (1929-1932), or roll over for many years (1966-1982).
I can see us revisiting 7100, but not lower unless there is a major shock.
Otherwise a rollover market is in the cards for about 4-8 more years.
