What was the exact phrasing of the questions, or were they just paraphrased?

What is the margin of error on these results, and what was the population?

"19% of people in the US" - does this include babies, or only toddlers and above? Does it include people in comas ? How did they collect the data?

Most importantly, who paid for the survey?
