GC(on SI) - I think you will find...

...that the 3.9K 24-hour production was a one-time "stress-test" of the plant. Normal operation of the open pit is probably five, eight-hour days a week and is currently running at the 2K tpd level. I don't think conditions down there (especially at this time of year) are conducive to running 24-hour days.

Hom many workers are at the mine

Well this deserves a news release on hours of operation , especially when other mining companies tell , what hours of operation the mine is working at.
Even at Start Up. Companies give detail's of mine operation's Hours and # of workers .

5-8's
7-8's
7/24
5-12's
7-12's

More than likely they would get more production if they just handed out shovels imo A good shovel load of "Manitoba Red Gumbo Clay" weighs about 25-30lbs
1- person 10 trips per hour 80 trips per 8 hour shift
= 1 ton.

If they ran 3859 in 24 hrs , unless they have dirt cheap equipment on site, I see no other reason why they can not maintain 3859 tons and only improve to surpass that 3859.

24hrs a day production goes no matter what the conditions are , you make the best of them.
