Just once, I would like to see an objective, neutral report on the abortion issue by a major newspaper. The stuff I posted lately was op-ed columns, not newspaper reports. Regarding the first one, which I got from the Arizona Star, they ran another column from the pro-life POV on the same page. I briefly considered posting the other one, too, in the interests of balance, but the only reason I posted the first one was to point out the paragraph that mentioned that Arizona law calls for jail time for the woman. In retrospect, I should have posted only that paragraph. I'm sure I've seen balanced newspaper articles on the subject. Columns aren't supposed to be balanced, although it's always nice when they are.
