This information has already been posted here. There's really not much more to say until Ritter responds to the reports, or more facts about the case become known. I guess the key thing is what does "adjourned in contemplation of dismissal" actually mean and why so.

I don't know the facts, and we can only speculate. Mayhaps Ritter wasn't only a weapons inspector; perhaps he was also a sex inspector. There had to be some reason why the charges were dismissed and sealed.

I mean what happens if two separate entities are tracking down illegal sex on the Internet they end up communicating with each other?
