She could get 20 points at the discression of the admissions commitee. Why should SHE have to get the 20 "extra" points (which isn't going to happen) when a black applicant gets 20 points for being black? This is a stupid argument. There is no way this kind of racial discrimination can be justified. Why do you bother trying? This is precisely the same thing as the University telling white applicants "We don't serve white people.". It is sickening that this kind of argument could be happening today. MLK would himself be sickened by it.
