Do you really think RACE is a more important criterion than SAT results?

I think SAT results show a minimum competency level. We are not talking about the most elite centers of learning here, this is a grouping of the great unwashed masses. I make the assumption that SAT counts enough that 20 points is not going to fill the school with dropouts.
