Is 12 points for a perfect SAT score fair when compared with 20 points for a black skin?

If SAT is 110 points, plus an additional 12 for perfect score, it could easily obliterate any effect race has on the selection process.

PS Ted posted the entire article sometime today or late last night. It detailed the breakdown of the entire 150 points.

I posted a sidebar which covered only 40 pts. That's what TP and I have been trying to tell you.
