well, we could always say we were doing it to help them cut spending and concentrate on building their country and their economy <g>

I would think one in every 50 <maybe 100> arabs in most of these countries drives a Rolls Royce. Its so easy to break their spirit if you force them to drive a Mercedez Benz instead ! <g>
