You boil the crab in Zatarain's, pick out the meat and just toss it in the butter just long enough to warm it up. If it stays in for too long, it breaks down and you don't have meat chunks, you have meat mush. It's very easy.

If you want to get fancy, you can saute off some pine nuts and just before their done, put in the crab meat, warm it just a tad and then there's your meat topping.
