You have a problem with dissent? You think we should pretend we're living in the '50s and that a gallon of water should cost about as much as a gallon of oil?

There's plenty of dissent in European countries. There'd be more in Third World countries had the US not puppeted so many dictatorial regimes. Ever think about that?

yes, true

it's not like we're NOT going to take a vested interest in what happens in the world - of course we are - and we would like things to go our way, what works best for us - just like any other country in the world
