"I don't buy into the suggestion that all the police..."

The evidence of cover-up is plain. They suppressed the hair evidence and the eyewitness testimony and prejudiced the jury in every way possible. If the real killer was known (lkely, IMO), then they made no attempt to find him but instead hid the evidence that his hair was clutched in te victim's hand and it was not Mr. Adams.

It is clear to rational people that it was one for the books. That is why it remained after thousands of other cases were sifted through...

"BTW, I noticed you didn't comment on these numbers. Any theories?"

Because it wasn't addressed to me, and I am extremely limited in time at home right now. I do remember it from last year and I remember I thoroughly debunked the numbers. I remember in the full context that the percentages pointed the other way. However, I am not going to waste any time or effort on a cut and paste that is removed from the context in which it may be given meaning. Please feel free to post the page you are on, and I will be happy to demonstrate that there is no correlation between removal of the death penalty and number of homicides.

I did a full mapping of every single State last year and you are just plain wrong. But leave it with me. I'll look at it perhaps during the weekend.
