well also , one of the very astounding images we have seen also , are those awesome sequencing pictures of the developing fetus in the womb...

I put that on par with anything astronomical ...watching each stage mirroring some earlier past shared genetic tie-in...as if you are watching the entire evolution of life taking place right before your eyes , watching one fetus develope .

Well it is that , in a way ..

In my Geology department, they had the timeline on the stair well. The 6 story building had at the bottom, formation of the sun. In the last few feet were the entire history of vertebrates, dinosaurs and finally, man (last few mm's). We really should know our place!!!
