Robert, The stakes are so high that i wish it were still the sixties and i was still high. <ggg> mike PS During WW2, beloved Liberal president FDR(hero to me too) inturned Japanese americans and failed to save jewish refugees. No one is proposing this now vis a vis arab citizens or even resident aliens. Given what happened on 9/11, it is my belief that Arabs Americans, unlike Japanese americans in 1941, are being treated extremely fairly. Few other countries in the world would be this fair if 9/11 happened in there country, and i am including the French and Germans on that list too. The French have been very tough on Islamist militants and had to warn the Brits repeatedly about the threat in London. And the Germans have been tough too despite there anti war sentiments. mike
