Obviously, legislation isn't being done for anything like "economic stimulus", even tho' that's the claim.

Bob Brinker said on his show (a)dividend exclusion isn't effective to stimulate the economy, (b)it's in reality a tax-reform feature, but not put that way because (c)the administration must deceive the public to get it passed.

Not exactly a good admission from a staunch supporter of the administration.
