Read down: The article by Mr. Evans says: "Jay Davis, an American expert working for the U.N. special commission charged with removing Iraq's nuclear capability, said Iraq was only six months away from the large-scale production of enriched uranium at two plants inspected by UN officials." As for getting all we desire in life, I am not suggesting that we do. I am merely suggesting that there is reason for Washington to put pressure on when it has a conviction that a situation requiring eventual action is developing. He has, and I am sure there will be more to come.
