I think a couple of years ago that UC system has an unofficial quoter system, that limit Asian American students to 8%, and since it is unofficial, I guess no one can confirm.

you are all overlooking the larger point. who cares if you are white, black, yellow, or red, jew or gentile, catholic or protestant. berkeley is a communist outpost and a disgrace to the name of higher education. if you want to become a communist go to berkeley.
