Which? This: a huge useless bureaucracy on top of the massive old bureaucracy Absolutely. Common sense tells us that the massive failures of "intelligence" were not due to lack of funding, but lack of public-servant management. There's way too much funding sloshing through hundreds of secretive fiefdoms. They're so busy hiding what they're doing from the American people, they can't even disclose what they're doing among themselves. It's ridiculous. It's also dangerous to American lives, as we've seen, and dangerous to democracy, to the budget, and the economy, which is spiraling down and will continue to until we get the parasites out. The only protection the parasitic 40% of our GDP called "gov't" has against citizen/taxpayers objecting, is (a)threatening our lives and (b)obscuring and lying about the burdens heaped upon us, transfers of our resources to the bureacracy. So, both techniques are being used The only problem is: the parasite is starting to kill the host. The host will either have to wake up and have a tax revolt, or accept chattel slavery to the bureaucrats in Washington.
