Yes p/c is low. But look at all the puts on the QQQ's in Feb. $24 to $27 there are a ton. So, even though the p/c ratio is low today, overall there is a lot of puts in Feb.

P/C ratio is damn low near .50...

awesome, the longer this holds up the lower max pain is going to be.
