Sold some QQQ puts today. Was going to buy calls but an equity put/call ratio of 0.52 was too low for comfort. Already have a lot of long exposure to Gold mines. If we rally I'll wait to buy more puts.

I still think we may have a bit more to the downside, as the ADX turned down again late in the day. It might need to double bottom before a reversal on the 60-minute.

I also like the a drop from the Dec. 2 highs of 131 points. That gets us to 1337. Somewhere close to there would be nicer and make me feel better about a long for a 35-40-point COMP bounce.

If this is an A-B-C correction off the highs mirroring the drop from Dec. 2 would land us at around 1270 COMP before a reversal up.
