John,

re: "perhaps Dell's trading pattern is the first exception to that rule <ggg>.."

The 3 year trading pattern has good points for me. I'm less in love with the stock which enables me to trade dell options more aggressively which makes me more money. January 03 contracts gave me my best month to date. No longer "fear" losing DELL at 27.5 or 30 and then having the stock surge to 50!! Now just have to control that little voice in my head which nags me into occassionally thinking that DELL will soon emerge as the DELL stock of many many years ago <ggg> Another year of 24 to 28 to 23 to 29 to 24 to 30 will take care of that.

Happy trading,
kaka

John:
I was all ready to order one of those $499 'puters just to get a new monitor (it failing)
By time I finished the order the free shipping ($99) expired so I canceled
Today I get an E- mail , free shipping available till Jan 24 th (haha)
I may try again how did they know about an order I didn't send ? I guess thats called keeping in touch with the customer and giving him what he wants
Thats a huge bargain, bet they sold plenty
