1) What did Saddam do that threatened anybody during the entire decade of the '90s?

2) What did Saddam do post 9/11 that threatened anybody?

3) How'd this whole current crisis, the military build-up and threats of war and all, happen?

4) Was the Iraq issue needed for political purposes during the last US congressional election cycle?

5) What major incident provoked any of this?
